Zoomcar — Refund pending from last 4 months

Address:#308, 1st to 3rd Floor, 100 Feet Main Road, Indiranagar, 1st Stage Bangalore North Bangalore District Karnataka India - 560038

Refund amount of approximately 8 thousand rupees is pending for the last 3 months for which I have taken multiple follow ups through email support from Zoomcar website and Zoomcar customer care number. and in response I have not received even a single acknowledgment email or message from Zoomcar. below are my booking IDs for which refund is pending:

and worse thing is that, when we contact Zoomcar customer care with help of person working at their Pickup point(Vashi, Navi Mumbai) they provide you the coupon codes for your pending refunds such coupon codes were provided to me for 3 Thousand rupees for below Booking IDs for month of October 2020 which are not usable:

i had a call with Zoomcar customer care executive on 5th of December 2020 and have explained all above mentioned at that time he conveyed me that your refund will be credited to your paytm account in next week, However i have not received the refund so i had to again visit vashi pickup point to contact zoomcar customer care on 27th December 2020 and i again explained the things i have gone through and also mentioned to him i had a call with customer care executive on 5th of December before this, so that Zoomcar executive started to convey me that there is delay from their end said to me that refund for canceled booking will be refunded to my in next 48 hours and when i asked about the refund for coupon codes then that executive started to say that the refund for coupon will take more 30 days so asked him when i contacted Zoomcar on 5th of December 2020 and said i don't want your coupon codes i just want my money to be refunded to account, so what action they have taken for it, answer given to me was like "sir sorry for inconvenience, we will your request now and amount will amount will be credited to account in next 30 days" that means for their mistakes we have to suffer.

I want all amounts to be refunded on the Paytm account linked to my Zoomcar account.

Zoomcar have not provided me a refund now it's 6 months passed...
I don't even received a email from zoomcar yet on or nor any update from consumer complaints forum yet...

Still I am waiting for my refund because on 3rd jan 2021 have made a transaction through my credit card amount is rs 2491. My amount deducted but not confirm my booking.
Please refund my amount in same path.
Please do the needful and find the attachment .
