Zoomcar — Regarding damage claim/refund

#JPSNKXHUT, Sun, 08Mar 10am to 7pm, Guest- Kannan A, Host- Ravi Raman, Car- TN09DD5395, Mob- [protected]. Car came full damaged from front and sides, major impact on front engine body parts and doors to all bumbers etc. No resolution sor far, no call, no email, no acknowledgement, no help from Zoom Car. Anyway, please arrange to pay Rs 17, 650 to my bank acc# (least min expenses made by Garage). Regular small payment ranging from 500-1000rs are also not coming for 20-25 days and after raising several complaints individually those are gradually transferred. Anyway, please arrnge to pay Rs 17, 650 to my bank account with immediate effect as hereafter it will be all in media and legal world forum as things have never been done by Zoom car professionally. Everytime i have ignored everything but this time i swear to use all my resouces and shall devote 24/7 to take Zoom car into task if my payment isnt realeased soon. Enough is enough.
