[Resolved] Zoomcar — Unnecessary inconvenience fees of Rs.2000 | |||||
I had booked a tiago diesel on zoomcar for 7th september from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. I got the delivery details by sms. So i called them for confirmation. I didn't a proper response from them. I got a call from zoomcar saying tiago diesel has some maintanence problem we'll be giving you the toyota glanza petrol. I agreed. Then we had a confusion on delivery and pickup that was also resolved. I got the car delivered a bit late. Then at before pickup i had a call from zoomcar for apology as inconvenience caused to me. And gave me credit points for that. After that their driver was late i had to wait for one hour at the pickup location. I had fuel refund pending of rs.160. And suddenly after 2 days they charged me some inconvenience fees of rs.2000. Was this information helpful? | |||||
