Zoomcar — Zoomcar Refund pending from 2 week | |
I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental from 22 Oct 2020 to 27 Oct 2020 with booking ID JPS6NEMCJ. I have done my booking one month back for Hyundai Creta for this trip but one day before the trip zoomcar customer support "P Sandeep" told me they can't provide me the Hyundai Creta due to some car insurance issue, alternative zoomcar provide me the maruti swift car and told me the extra charge for Hyundai Creta will be returned to me on final settlement and the tariff will be same one month back for swift, which is around Rs.5800/- appx. I had payed Rs. 7630/- for Hyundai Creta. Now when i call the customer care for my refund, they telling me maintenance refund of Rs.700/- will be calculated but not the car downgrade plan will be calculated. when i ask them why car downgrade will not be calculated. they told me in there system it is showing Hyundai Creta and maruti swift car tariff showing same they cannot help me regarding my refund. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers. Was this information helpful? | |
