Myself krishnendu bibhash kar, i ordered a number of photo prints (Matt finish) from www.zoomin.com, they promised to deliver this item to my address - l&t construction, opposite bharat petroleum petrol pump, puratan dakghar, maheshtala, ward no. 17, kolkata-700141. After the confirmation & payment of rs. 587 they shipped the item but then it is showing that it is a non serviceable area although i received a lot of product on this address. They are neither responding to our call & mail and nor intimate to refund the amount

Updated by Krishnendu Bibhash Kar Product not received and returned automatically by the courier service as they giving excuse that address provided is non serviceable area. But no refund has been made till now. They are not responding to our mail and calls.
