Zopnow.in — Order not properly processed no proper customer service for refund

Please refer my order no #[protected] on 9th April 2021.

Once when I made the order It showed zero items and payment pending even though I made a payment through Paytm upi.

When contact the customer care no. It connect to conference call.

It looks like bogus company.

I have paid 1079/- rupees.

It's gone. When I make a complaint in complaint form it is another fooling tool it always displayed that nandita your mail has been received.
