Dear Sir My name is Crosby Dsouza. I had ordered 2 products ie.MCP BP108 Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure Monitor (qty 1.) & Dr. Morepen MT-101 Digi Classic Thermometer (Qty 1.) from the site www.zotezo.com on the 24th of July 2016. costing a total of Rs.998/- order no.#[protected].i payed the amount through debit card i received one of the ordered item ie. MCP BP108 Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure Monitor. but i havnt recieved the Dr. Morepen MT-101 Digi Classic Thermometer till date. i have called the zotezo company many times.its been 1 month 23 days and there has been no solution to my problem. at first the company executives said there has been a problem in the courier company and hence its been delayed . On calling them regularly they informed us that the machine was damaged and they would re-ship it but the company would not act on what was told to us. finally they said the status showed lost/abandoned during shipping but still they were only giving excuses no solution to the problem. finally on September 6th 2016 after many mails, complains and calls we received a mail from zotezo saying Dear Customer, Thank you for getting in touch with us & apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that your order has been shipped and is on its way. In the meantime, we have made a note of your issue and will work with our partners to expedite the delivery of your order. Item : Dr. Morepen MT-101 Digi Classic Thermometer Here is your tracking information [protected] Apology for the delay once again. Thank you for your patience. Live Better! its been 11 days since this mail we have tracked the order it shows Status: Shipment held up due to @ABANDONED. Location: KAPASHERA Last updated: 06 Sep 2016 14:12:00 Booked by: NEO RETAIL LIMITED the company doesn't seem to be interested in shipping the product as they have received payment of the product in advance . i want to complain against this company for such a callous behaviour . and i want my product delivered as soon as possible. please help me.
