Hello sir/madam,
Myself sneh c kareer and i ordered morephon blood pressure monitor but the amount was debit twice on a single order through paytm i got message from my bank i wont take this please refund my money back
The amount which i am able to pay was 814 but i paid 814 + 810 =1624 which is unnessary a problem..
Its my request that please refund 810 back or else i have to cancel the whole of the order

Zotezo.com Customer Care's response We have already informed the customer that we have only received 1 payment of Rs. 814, there was no as such transaction on our end. So if it's debited from her account due to any technical reason it suppose to be credited back to the same account within 24 hours.
