One item from my order no.[protected] dt 18th april for 2 items has not been delevered till date despite so many mails & messages left on their customer care system. neither do they respond even though they have taken complete payment through net banking.
Only once they replied on their Facebook page that customer care will resolve the issue but neithe they replied nor resolved my issue.

Thick skin shameless company ZOTEZO.COM health items online seller is a fraud co.big cheater.
Take payment in advance but neither respond nor deliver order.
