Dear sir Sub. Dispatch of order No.[protected] booked on January 26, 2016 yet not initiated, I have ordered a product and detail of which is: 1. Ordered a product on Zotezo. com 2. Booking date and cash paid: January 26, 2016. 3. Order No.[protected], However, dispatch and delivery of said product is not yet initiated, The said problem is always existing with the company and on call to customer care of the company either call has not attended or if attended their answer should not be satisfactory.
