I have placed my order for on 25th-Sep 2016, but haven't received my product (Davidoff perfume).I have already paid the amount. tele customer support is of no use, always busy. Twice I spoke to the person and looks he is the only person available to answer queries, he said that the product would be shipped on 6th-Oct, but nothing happened. I ordered the above item and vegetable cutter on16/10/2016.order no is#[protected]. igot the vegeteble cutter.but no response on blood pressure monitor.i sent an email to the company but there is no response.do i regester for a new one or the company send the ordered item .
