I had ordered some products on 23rd July 2016 and till date i have not received any update from this company.

I had raised request no but was not answered satisfactorily.

Ticket No KMI[protected] was raised on 25th August 2016 and on 26th August 2016 a standard reply was given that stock is not available and as a result of which they are unable to deliver the product but the same products are available on their website
