On 20 february, 2017 i placed an order (Order #[protected] for aromatherapy oils totaling ₹1, 080.00.
In the morning of 21 february 2017, i received an email from the company saying my order was packed and ready to ship.
In the evening of 21 february, 2017, i received an email from the company stating that my order would be delayed because the product was not available. A revised delivery date of february 26 was given. I emailed the company for clarification but they did not reply.
As of yesterday, i still hadn't heard from the company or received my order, so i logged onto their website and checked my account. It is showing that my order has been cancelled by the seller.
I emailed the company asking as to when my money will be refunded. The company did not reply.
I tried to call the company's customer service number today, but the number does not work. The call is ended before it even has a chance to ring.
The company doesn't appear to have a functional customer service center.
It has taken my money, canceled my order, and not given me a refund. I would like my money to be refunded asap. Was this information helpful? |
