Ordered an electric kettle worth rs 799 from zotezo on 17th april. Saw the reviews of the site, they were bad but the price was low so opted for cash on delivery at an additional charge just to take a gamble. They sent me a tracking number on 19th. The estimate was to reach till 24th. The product reached my city on 23rd but it was handed over to VENDOR, not me. Its 26th and yet no delivery has taken place. Three calls, three mails, no response. Even the calls go to voice mail. Zero support. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ONE PAGE ADS . ITS A FRAUD SITE. Was this information helpful? | |||
