I purchased a sofa set from ZUARI FURNITURE FROM PREM & POLYPLASTS which is located at mango jamshedpur .She cheated us very badly costing RS 35000/-.at the time of delivery when it reached to my home she just sent that much big sofa set in just an auto with 10-15 yrs child as a staff for carrying it to my house . first of all i will be filing a case against that 10-15 yrs child fr child labour .The sofa set of the zuari furniture was defective i have attached the defective parts of that sofa set and when i am asking fr the refund she
(PREETI SINHA )the owner of PREM AND POLYPLASTS FURNITURE she is taking very harshly to us about the refund and when we are asking fr the replacement she is asking for the damaged cost Rs 10000/ along with the difference amount of the another sofa .so my point is y the hell should i give the damaged cost as she knows very well the damage in sofa was done by that 10-15yr child or staff rather and auto driver so y the hell should she s asking me about the damage cost i need my money back as its not fitting to my house also . THE PRODUCT IS OF ZUARI FURNITURE SO ITS MY WARNING FR THEM TO HELP ME IN GETTING BACK MY FULL AMOUNT OR GETTING IT REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE ..I WILL BE FILING A CASE ALSO AGAINST THAT PREM & POLYPLAST FURNITURE OF ZUARI FURNITURE LOCATED AT MANGO JAMSHEDPUR .THE OWNER OF THAT FURNITURE HOUSE MRS.PREETI SINHA ([protected]/[protected]) I WILL SUGGEST ALL CUSTOMERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ZUARI FURNITURE ITEM. I DONT WANT OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SUFFER FR THE SAME AS I AM SUFFERING NW ..HOPE THAT ZUARI FURNITURE WILL LOOK AFTER MY CASE SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE I HAVE TO FILE A CASE AGAINST ZUARI FURNITURE IN CONSUMER COURT .I NEED MY REFUND ANYHOW I DONT NEED THIS WORST SOFA SET I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK..

Updated by rahul sandy i am sending the whole waste sofa set pic and i didnt recieved any response about the refund of my money it was purchased on day of dhanteras one day before diwali i was continously trying with that owner of zuari furniture (PREM AND POLYPLAST FURNITURE, MANGO JAMSHEDPUR) BUT inplace of refunding the money or providing the solution she is talking to us very harshly and asking an amount of 10000/- as the damaged cost ..i will be waiting for the response from ZUARI FURNITURE FOR MY REFUND OF MONEY SOLUTION OTHERWISE I WILL BE POSTING SOME WHERE ELSE ALSO ABOUT ZUARI..
