Dear Sir/Madam I have purchase Zync Z605 Tab By Flipkart vide Invoice No-0358 dt[protected]. Now problem is i have not check my Tab delivery time. I chek it 18 th May and found SIM is not working. i call to customer care they talk to me go our customer care office " ACCEL FRONTLINE GLOBAL IT SERVICES, 601-604, Ashok Bhawan, 93, Nehru Place, New Delhi" and repair the same. i gave tab them. they commit 5-6 working days it is repaired, But Sir i call and call they ignore to me told parts are not available, handling person is on Leave, Your Status are not available in system ect. Mr. Danish (Mob#[protected]) Handling the matter. Kindly find the matter and solved the problem URGENT Basis otherwise i will take other ways. I continues calling No- +[protected], 14, 16, 17 and 21 BUT No Body Response Me. I Recd. Receipt Acknowledgement Ref. No- 898, Recd. Date - 20/05/2015 Name Of Gangesh Jha. I have purchased this speaker in Feb 2019. last week it suddenly stopped working. the speaker is under warrenty and i please request you to send some one to service it. i reside in thane Maharashtra.
I am unable to find zync customer care anywhere even on the net. amazon also through whom i purchased the speaker are unable to help me.
