1, I was using APC- ups for last 15 years for my various domestic computers and was confident about the product.
2, 4 years back i purchased upgraded computer and i was advised to go for APC- BACK UP- RS - 1100
3, I never had problem for 3 years until battery has to be replaced
4, On 3rd July 2014, i replaced the battery through Soundry Power systems, Perambur Chennai and invoice no - SPS/UPS/628/14-15, DELIVERY NOTE 695, Despatch document no -3926- Description APC SMF BATTERY (RBC2) - S, NO:B[protected], EB[protected] ( I hv the field service report signed by the service engineer and he has picked up additional Rs250/ as service charges)
5, VALUE OF 2 NOS BATTERY IS Rs 1911 after deducting cost of old batteries... he is totally without knowledge, unrespectable person. pls remove him from your office as he dont deserve anything and i...
