I had a personal loan from ABN Amro bank(loan # 9202940), which I ended up settling down with the bank ppl on October 15th 2007. Their letter clearly states that it is the full and final cosure of the loan account. And I also have the receipt of the one shot cash payment that I made to close this.(Rs 30, 000)
However, today the 4th Aug 2008. I am getting a call from the ABN amro bank's recovery team...

I have made all full payements for all the month till march 2008. Although feb statement was not recieved same was informed to bank. My only outstanding amount is 8547.19/- where i was ready to pay them but they are not ready to resolve the issue and its is increasing every month. I have recieved N number of calls from them, but no body listen, even i have called the bank also.
