Hi, my no.is [protected]. I recharged with PI 397 last month, but the data balance is showing as 867MB *126*4#and 2807MB in *122*122#. Right now I don't understand what is my correct balance and which one to trust.. Please look into the issue and resolve this and provide my remaining data balance details...

I am using Aircel prepaid sim card[protected] from last 5-6 years but before some days i am facing signal lost issues again and again. I already make a complaint on aircel customer care but i still facing this issue. I checked also - reinsert sim card, check with another phone. its have network signal failure issue with this sim card....

1. After the repeated request aircel has not provided my past bill and stopped out going call on my mob no [protected].

2. In-spite of payment made, out going call facility has not been extended till now .

3. Request issue necessary direction, i have suffer a lot, my business is totally stopped due to my mob...

I had raised request on Aircel store to swich circle from Maharashtra to Telangana under MNP on my

existing aircel mobile number [protected]. The request was raised on 20th Feb, 2016 and I was told that

my new SIM will get activated within 2 hours of deactivation of old SIM.

However, it has been more than a day now since my old number got deactivated and I do not see any br...

This is to inform that AIRCEL have fraudulently charged me Rs492 for VAS -Value added service which i have never used and have never been notified about such service.Inspite of escalating the matter to Relationship manager neha tandon and vikas arora the charges have not been waved off.I have made a complaint to the customer care and hence they are not willing to remove the fraudulent charge from my bill.Kindly help me to get this charge...

This to inform you that from yesterday my incoming call not coming, while somebody calling me its showing incoming facility blocked by customer nd also not going any call nd i also not able to use data even i have check with other phone it showing same things.

Today 4 march i subscribed a2a 10 p per min tarrif. *121*3000#Between4pm to4:30pm it does't work and when i ask the reason customers care officer he put my call hold and then after 2 min call ended

Plz provide my balance and take action of this type of behaviour that doing by your customer services..always time same process happen when i call customer...

From the last 2-3 week one of your call centre employee make call to me and abuse me regularly please take step to stop this behaviour I have mentioned numbers from there he call me[protected],[protected]

My aircel account is being renewed for a service which i want to stop immediately.It deducts re1/- from my account everyday morning. It says "Aapka Rs. 1/- ka A2A pack renewed hogayahai....

I am having a aircel number. I have already activated DND service. on 4 March 2016 without my knowledge, company activated Movie and Music Fortnight and deducted Rs21 from my account. Immediately deactivate Movie and Music Fortnight subscription and return the money to my account. It is not the first time they have looted me, previously also they had done same thing. I am fed up with their service soon i will port my number to another network....

I have ported my number to the Aircel on 5nd feb 2016 from Docomo but in aircel sim is detcting network is not registering so brought duplicate sim it is also same problem

5 days ago i recharged my no with 56 rate cutter for karnatak circle.
bt i was not working. thats why i gave a complaint though 198. its already 5 days gone and i am still stucking in that problem.
