[Resolved] Aircel — Net connection disconnected | |
Dear Sir/Mam My mobile number is [protected] is a west- engal kolkata circle sim. On December 2016 i recharged with rs 409 recharge which gives 10 gb data balance for 28 days. now i am in kerala and i cannot connect to net though tata docomo, idea and vodafone is showing 3g network available but i cannot connect to net. Every time i call the customer care, they gives the same reply or asks to call the other state customer care. I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Wrongly recharge my doctor fone instead of PAYTM transfer on 22nd.
reported to paytm and Aircel both to stop and reverse the transaction. But
paytm already paid the amount to Aircel .
Now on 26th Aircel is denied to reverse or refund the money.
