[Resolved]  Aircel — Repeated balance deduction

Sir, I have been using Aircel for a long time now. I felt their internet rates are very competitive and ported another number from Reliance to Aircel mainly for high speed internet usage. All was good for a few months until Sep 2015, where in my balance has been deducted 2 times already for no apparent reason. On both instances, i have called their VAS portal 155223 beforehand and confirmed there is no VAS service active. On calling the Customer Care, i am told that apparently, there is a VAS service activated on my phone somehow which may be caused due to internet usage. (I am pretty sure i use the internet the same way i have always used and no one else uses it except me). Also, i never receive an sms about anything unusal and i found it by manually checking my balance. Aircel had been kind enough to address my concern and refund it last time. This time i was told that if the service is renewed again, i would not get a refund and i need to stop it using the VAS portal. How the hell am i supposed to stop something which isn't there? The deduction of 30rs is not the issue of concern here. I feel cheated and find this a harassment of my time, mind and value of money. I know this is intentional looting of money through whatever scheme they are playing and i would very much like this to stop once and for all. I am considering porting back to some reputed mobile service provider if this issue arises again. I am attaching the screen shot of my service requests. Please do the needful of registering my complaint and getting this issue sorted out. Thank you! P.S the internet speed is pathetic too. It took me numerous tries on 3g to get this msg out. Even 2g on Airtel or Vodafone is faster than Aircel 3g these days. Regards, Sahil Gyan
