[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel rate cutter bad service | |||
I'm using rate cutter plan in Airtel prepaid Service and I'm the victim for worst service ever seen. Earlier Airtel used to send messages. When the time period of rate cutter is over. But past eight months they didn't send the notification messages and the they are detecting huge amount. Many times I called customer care support and at the first instance they are not ready to take a call either to resolve the issue or to refund money, instead they simply lies that they send message. I told even I'm giving my mobile to you to test yourself but they are not ready even to hear complaint. This is such a worst attitude and behavior of Airtel's customer care I ever seen or heard.
