My name is obi chima currently in port harcourt eleme i must say am dissatisfied and highly disappointed at airtel services, i bought airtime worth of 100 on 20th august 2017 i did not make calls with it at all woke up by 2am to make use of the airtime to my greatest surprise the airtime i bought was not there and i was not owing airtime in fact i don't know the code of borrowing, this is not the first time this has happened...

Since january 2017 onwards by broadband billling increased largely. We do not know to talak with a humanbeing other than computer ivr. For the fear of disconnection, service interuption we have paid the amount. During this time i was sick and not able to move. When traveling posssibile i went to the kochi airtel office and registered a complaint no[protected].

Broadband line [protected] was subscribed from june 2011....

I have ported [protected] from Airtel UP East to Airtel MP. I had done it by visiting an airtel store and getting the number ported online using my thumb impression. I had submitted all the necessary documents along with Rs 300.

Last night, my earlier sim's network vanished. I inserted new sim (no.[protected]U) today morning at around 07:00 AM. Thereafter I dialled 59059 as instructed from Airtel....

I have 2 networks. Unfortunately i take idea network to use the internet. Because of the low coverage of airtel network.in the first of this month i recharge my airtel network to enjoy the 'the biggest network of india' my bad luck airtel recharge is a trap. I can't use those things in my phone. And the customer executive behave really like bad and helpless. I hope a response from here. May be there is no favour response from this network....

I am using airtel 4g sim in 4g handset (Moto g4) but every time whenever i use internet it fluctuate the network with 3g so much as i recharged with 399 plan but didn't get the speed of 4g for 1gb daily usage as mentioned. I have so much problem with this network. I even get the speed as 10kbps. What is this nonsense.
I am using airtel sim in sim1 slot.
I am not using any other sim in sim2 slot....

My airtel broadband connection did not work on 6-7, 13-15 and on 18th of august a service engineer visited but the connection worked only for an hour after which it is not working till date. When i called the customer care they asked me call after 2 hours then they will take my complain. No body at the company is bothered to take up the call or get my connection working.in the month of august i am without internet for 9 days. I mailed my...

I biught the airtel secure plan from airtel to keep my device covered.

I have kept my phone on the referigerator for charging. Phone ranged many times and dur to vibration it fell down from the referigerator and diaplay got affected.

Now the airtel says that claim is rejected because it eas negligence at your end. I want to know what does the negligence means. That means human should not keep the phone above...

I request to ported from your airtel gallery from vodafone to airtel on 04/08/2017 after 7 day vodafone closed the services from11/08/2017 afterthat airtel gallery are not able to start the mobiles number i submit adhar card and verify at my home till dated 20/08/2017 did not start the mobiles number my sim card is not activated. My 4g dongle speed is very low. It is showing 0.4 mbps on speedtest.net whereas airtel claim it to be 20-50mbps. I am a it professional and using dongle for my official work but nowadays it has become very pathatic. I am not able to do a conference call or skype call also. It is affecting my work badly.

I had raised a compliant also but there is no improvement at all.

Please help to rectify...

I buy the sim card yesterday[protected] its number is [protected] i pay 449 rs also but it is not giving net and not using for phone calls please check about that. I want to solve that issue please.

Hi, i am using airtel postpaid number [protected], since last 6 years.
The number is having state origin as delhi, but i have recently moved to pune, and since last 1 month, i am having no service to my airtel number.

Not even i am receiving message or any incoming calls.

Need it to be resolved asap.

My balance was deducted and i didn't get any confirmation message regarding to my 2nd renewal charges. When i called to customer care they gave me ans that company didn't send any confirmation messages to customer. Executive talked very rudely. I'm very disappointed with this kind of airtel services. They are not ready to take any complaints against any of this....

I have recharge 399/- plan in airtel (In which plan - 70 days 1gb per day 4g data and unlimited voice call for local+std). But airtel company are fraud. They did not provide me genuine 1gb data per day. Why your are providing fraud plan for all customers. Kindly give me daily usage internet data logs like jio company.
If i call their customer care for talking airtel customer care executive, disconnect my call. Your customer care number...

From last 1+ month complain about network issue in rajkot not getting resolution or visit not even to make call or recevied call net work like 2g all customer face same issue and company doesn't need them to be on network. Worst network which gives no1 in advertising?
Using 8 connection from 4 years all are going to portout now need to claim for accommodation for the same might be work for same now...

I have recharged my number with sms pack and it showing that the recharge is successfull but after activating the sms packs still the sms are not being sent to anyone nd i always get a msg of not delivered.. Plz check what is the prblm nd plz sort it out.....

I recharged my airtel prepaid with rs. 244 recharge denomination. While i recharged the 244 benefits of the denomination was stated that it will provide 74 days of airtel to airtel call and 74 gb with daily usage of 1gb per day. But today i got the ivrs saying that my validity is getting over by today and asking me to recharge, which i got shocked and found that airtel gave me only validity for 28 days. I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately...

My no [protected], i seen offer for my number 545 unlimited calls a2a for 84 days, i thought this is all local calls. After that my friend said this is for only airtel to airtel. So i called customer care for reversal. They said won't.

This is not offer, this is cheating. If i found in normal tarrif i won't choose. I seen in my special offer category.

We the people of bamra, sambalpur, odisha-768221. Suffering from poor mobile network of airtel since 6 month, we have complain several time to the costumer care, but they have not responded till now.in bamra approximately 9000 users of airtel. If airtel is not solve the network problem immediately. We all are go for other network.
