Since the last 20 days or so, every outgoing call that i make from my airtel number is followed by a 25-30 seconds pre call announcement informing me that my data benefits have expired. I had got a message about ₹ 399 pack whis had a validity of 56 days then i recharged my number [protected] with the pack on[protected] but now i am getting messages about the expiry of the plan just after 28 days. I have seen many notice to upgrade to 4g sim by sending sms to 121 but when I did that according to the notice description it cannot send a message. It written message failed I have tried 100 times and it didn't work and message failed it written when I sending the message....

When I raised a request for broadband connection online at airtel.in I got a call from the area manager. Later I got multiple SMSs from Airtel stating that connection is not possible. Thereafter like spam calls Airtel just kept on calling me again and again from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] endlessly. Every time a new person would call and tell me that they regret that connection at my address is not possible.

Further, is the deduction on 1st day of calendar month or any specific date?
