I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your airtel company in my area keshav nagar sitapur road lucknow. Airtel brochure they had mentioned that his company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted wifi connection. However this does not seem to be true.
I am facing poor connectivity problem for a when we take his connection. Some times we can't connect to the wifi....

I made payment of rs. 310.50/- through debit card for my monthly postpaid airtel bill with mobile number [protected] on 20/05/2017. I did purchase hotspot device with 15gb data from "image cellular" your "airtel relationship centre" at wardha on 10.09.2016. It was a post paid connection. I was told that the plan was "arp plan" and was valid for 3 months. The amount paid was rs4500/- plus taxesrs.778.50 (Vide txn no. Stubp[protected]/airtel. Before completion of 3 months i. As i'm chiranjeevi b customer of airtel with the number [protected], i i have been in the airtel postpaid network due to some reason i wanted to migrated to prepaid on airtel, so i walked to my nears store in jayanagar 4th block, bangalore, karnataka and given to doc and paid money for the sim card and cleared the entire billed and unbilled amount from the postpaid, and by evening my network get disconnected from postpaid...

Since from 4 months there is no proper network for my number. Always my calls get disconnect while on call. Even internet is always slow. I am paying for 4g services but I am receiving 2g speed. While some one calls me the calls are get disconnect in the middle of the talk. People are yelling me thinking that ended the call, but they don't know it is my airtel network problem.

Airtel tortures its customer through marketing calls. I got repeated calls on the same item. I called customer care and asked them to disconnect. But disagreed to disconnect, again continued to talk about their products. Complete nonsense. I do not know how to get away with this airtel.
