I am complaining about Air tel customer service where they kept me on hold for 45 mins to speak to a supervisor then disconnected. They treat me like an idiot when i have been complaining for last 6 months that i cannot register and view my landline and broadband account online. Ashamed that's how they treat customers. Is there an escalation path or a way to tell Sunit Mittal, apathy of their customers?...

Pathetic Customer Service- No escalation path

I get message from 54321 that Rs 5 has been deducted from my Airtel mobile account for Crazy Racer game. If i don't get the solution i will have to deactivate my SIM card.

It's been more than 3 months and i couldn't find solution. So please look into this issue because solving my problem will give answers to many with same problem.

My Airtel digital TV changing automatically. Have removed the remote batteries then also same thing happens. called the call center they had asked me remove v card clan and re insert it. Remove HDMI cable. But still no resolution.
Again called the call center they stated that they have registered a complaint and will send some one to check it. Now the same will cost me 150 RS for visit or 300 RS if the STB has to be replaced.

They sent a person and check the server and other lines then they say the problem is in our server it will solver in one or two hours. but it won't happen. past 10 days we make sever followup it own't solved and they closed the complaint without our knowledge. now a days airtel services are very poor and the action is very slow...

I had raised complaint no. of times on 198 and even the network team visited, they also said that this area has network issues and raised this issue to higher authorities, but no solution yet .
