Ref: SR # 79186434 Dated 21st Feb 2017 Midnight of 22nd Feb 2017

This is to inform you that, the above Service Request was raised about 20 days back and still not resolved. Worst part is that no one is responding to the ticket. I have called multiple times asking for the update but every time I got FALSE promises from the person on call. I have fed up with Airtel services and decided to quit from Airtel....

Fraud in data usage calculations

Airtel is carrying out a fraud and looting me. I have subscribed to 345 plan, which gives me 1gb 3g daily data limit. Last night i updated my handset (400mb update) anf after the update it showed a usage of 900 mb in my airtel account. On every usage such things happen. The usage are shown double, i downloaded a game of 100 mb it showed a usage of 250 mb? Airtel should be banned in the country...

Airtel Prepaid Lost sim - block airtel sim

I was a prepaid customer of airtel since a long time.Few months back, i moved to postpaid plan with 299 rental in which i have availed a 4G net pack of Rs 655.
3 months back, I moved to 549 infinity plan in which i am getting sufficient 4G internet.So, i have stopped rs 655 net pack.But, due to lack of responsibility from your end it is not stopped...

My Airtel digital TV changing automatically. Have removed the remote batteries then also same thing happens. called the call center they had asked me remove v card clan and re insert it. Remove HDMI cable. But still no resolution.
Again called the call center they stated that they have registered a complaint and will send some one to check it. Now the same will cost me 150 RS for visit or 300 RS if the STB has to be replaced.
