I applied for broadband connection during December 2016 but later on I received call from Airtel stating that connectivity is not feasible in my area so I asked for refund of cash of RS.1000 which I paid and I uploaded my bank passbook scanned copy in airtelonlinerefund.com and they said it will be refunded within 2 working days but it's been 2 and half months but still the refund is not made. How much long should I wait? I'm frustrated by...

I facing too much network problem during voice calls at inside my room. For making a call, I constrained to go outside. So many times i registered complains against this but no solution still. I checked my area map at www.airtel.in/opennetwork and it shows that in my area, tower is needed. Please build tower as soon as possible. Hi Airtel, I am not getting OTP for SBI online transactions . I already registered my mobile number in the bank . from the past one month i am not getting messages and OTP'S for my online banking transactions.Unable to send messages also. Complaint1: No right information given in the app. Information is wrong.
I recharged using the airtel app which says 3gb 3g/4g at Rs.248. Instead i was credited 2gb 4g only data + 1gb 3g data. My phone doesn't support 4g and neither there is 4g coverage in my location. So that 2gb data went wasted. The app must give right information about the recharges.

Complaint 2: Customer care service doesn't provide right support....

I have purchased airtel top-up recharge of rs. 10/- while scratching it, i have lost some digits of its pin number, please send me its recharge pin or recharge my mobile number, i am sending you details of top-up card.

Hello team,
Yesterday evening i got the confirmation from airtel about successful approval received from reliance gsm about the mnp status for my two postpaid numbers ([protected] & [protected]).
Today when i changed the sims and got televerification done by airtel for both the numbers it remained successful for couple of minutes and after that started reflecting no service and there are no signal bars. Called airtel customer...

So, a few days back I posted a complaint about refund not being credited and one of the transaction got refunded but the other did not and I did not get any response from anyone. The refund amount is Rs 87. The complaint no. is 286549. The customer service has not replied to emails, too. This is taking too much time and very unacceptable for a process that is automatic. Please refund quickly....

I got my number ported from TN circle to Karnataka Cicle, but i am unable to connect to the 4G network.
The 3G works fine but i am unable to connect to the LTE network on airtel.
I guess they are repacking the 3G SIM in 4G packets.
I have a 4G sim, and a 4G handset, but still i cant connect to 4G network.

The customer support is clueless what to do.

We raised a request for broadband connection on 10th of Dec and we didn't got any connection and after that we raised a refund request on 7th of January 2017 but still our refund is pending with airtel. Everyday we are calling to their customer care but they used to give the assurance that your amount will be refunded within 48 hours but there is no refund initiated from their side.

We mailed to their zonal office their appellate...

Please change airtel demo sim...

I have recharged with rupees 349 and i had to get unlimited calls plus 3 gb of internet as it was shown in special recharge for you. But i got 1 gb of internet only....

Diar sir yeha par airtel ka network sahi nahi chal pa raha hai kabhi ata hai kabhi nahi aata 3g net bhi sahi nahi chal pa raha hai..
Apne app chalte huye cut ho jata hai apse ricwest karta hu ki app jaldi se is par koi riaction le...sewa jaldi se shuru karwaye...kafi pareshani ho rahi hai...sahi tarha se ntwork nahi hone k karan kai prakar ki pareshaniya aa rahi hai kabhi bhi network chala jata hai... Kafi der tak nahi aata hai......

Unassured Tariff - worst tariff preparing team they had.

SMS limit crossing Intimation not provided, I called to customer care and complaining about this but they told me that they sent Intimation. As like they are good enough at work not only that. They asked to check next day to check the intimation I must send the 100 SMS.
