I lost my sim in may. And on this number international roaming services was activated as call center person said that the services self close/end after 1 month when i returned from my journey in june9 2016 and received call on another number. For payment i request for another sim, but after 2 month. I went self for new sim where i pay 20rs. Charges for this.br...

Team, i am recharging my airtel 3g and getting that there is no data remaining on next day without using data, or little amount of data. I have faced this problem more then twice... I am doing 3g recharge and getting there is no data.


It is required that please check my browsing and downloading data, and please update me that why i am facing such problem.

I am writing to you for a bill issue where in the bill was incorrect for a month as someone from airtel had called and advised to move to a better plan however he changed my plan from a wifi dongle plan to a router plan because of which i experienced no connectivity for two days and after registering my complaint they switched me back to the original plan however they sent me a bill for inr 5000 and in that you guys had included the inr 4000...

I have been using airtel ip tv services more than 5+ years and now all of sudden there is notification about its closure. I am with aitel broadband along with wifi, i face the same difficulty every 2 months. My land line number is[protected]. Complaining regarding data. I called 5 times to customer care for illegally deducting my data n balance. Each time customer care executive told DAT he will transfer to his senior and I waited for above 8 to 9 mins each time but no one responded.
My data is not carried forwarded even though I did top up of data before validity expires. In fact my main balance got deducted.

I recently bought Aritle 4G Dongle ZTE ([protected]) on dated 18th Aug, 2016 at Hari Nagar Airtel Store near to D.D. Hospital, New Delhi assuring the activation on the same day by evening 8.pm

They assured excellent service in Hari Nagar area and I paid 4 months rentals in advance to pick the free Airtel 4G Dongle ZTE. I was awaiting from 18th Aug till date for the activation :(

The reason i stayed with airtel this long is because of it's good customer service, though there are better services

1.The agetns refuse to answer questions on downgrading services, they are asking to send email for everything

2./different people get different plans for the same rate

3.Simple questions do not get answered

4.Rates are high and speed is low.

I applied for a new broadband connection with airtel in noida. I paid rs 1000 to them as per the fees that they charge. It's been more then 10 days that i have been following up with them for installing the connection but there is no response from their side.

They are not even doing a refund of my money.

Please help.

I applied for porting of my cell no [protected] the process got competed and my earlier vodafone got disconnected on 19th august night and i inserted the new airtel sim but the same was not getting activated since past three days my no is out of service and i am disconnected from all my business as this is my business no i repeatedly calling there call center and the franchise i was told various excuses and told a new sim will be delivered....

I had recharge my prepaid mobile number... Airtel of full talk time 135 /-from my app paytm but i didn't get money on my talk time... I had been contacting on your bloody numbers 198 and 121, 123, [protected] i had all recording of your calls but failed to talk your customer care office to complimenting this.. Sir I aaplied for a new connection at regional Airtel office at Maina Shree Complex, Dewas on 30th July 2016.

I got message on my registered cellphone on 1st August that documents have been received and request will be processed in 3 days.
There was no action taken for connection though, and after I contacted on customer care, I got message on 4th August that there is some technical issue and your request will be processed...

Now the purpose of a hello tune is for the caller to listen to a good song or some good music.

Hi,

I have reported multiple times (5 to 6 times) from last six months about the network issues at my home. Your technical support person came 1 month ago and told the signal coming wrong tower and it needs to be fixed. After that i dont have any update.

More airtel not confirming that they are not able to provide the network and look for another service provider.
