Complaint against below issue/Problems.

Just two weeks ago i port my mobile number Vodafone to airtel and i am very disappoint/frustrated with airtel services.

Point 1- At initial stage of selling sim card to me by miss nikitha [protected] she told me 2G unlimited data plan in rs.499/- rental but today i comes to know that there is no such plan is there,

Point 2- I Raised complete on about data...

Mobile number is [protected], I got a SMS that my Hello Tune services has been deactivated, which I am using for last 11 years so on. Last months I had paid for Annual renal for Rs.250 + 150. Why the service is suddenly stop ??? Is Airtel is shutdown the Business ????

God only know what the hell service you provide. Every year I have face same Issue and sure coming 100 years is it contuneeee…. Hats of to your service.

On 31st January 2016 registered a complaint on airtel customer. Airtel Engineer(AE01) visited on 1st February 2016 and said set up box adapter to be replaced. Next day(2nd February 2016) Airtel Engineer(AE02, new person) bought a new adapter and replaced old adapter at the cost of Rs. 250 for adapter and visit service charge Rs. 150(complaint ref. No.[protected]. Again after two days problem started. Registered complaint on 13th February 2016...

The indicator for internet on the modem goes red meaning no net connection. This has become a recurring problem. We lodge a complaint on cust care and the issue in fixed in 24 hrs but within next 4-5 days the same prob is back. This has been happening every week since December and we are tired of the drill. I had two connections with Airtel, one a normal connection and another a HD Connection with connection number ([protected]). I had asked to disconnect the normal connection since we were not using that connection for more than an year. I had called the customer service and asked them to disconnect the normal connection in the month of March 2015. The complaint however was not registered in there CRM notes. I usually make a 6 months payment...

Have previously launched complaint of poor network where in my data is utilized but the 3G nor 2G network seem to be functioning as per the speed.. its been noticed that there are more complaint as such in bhayandar area where i reside .. complaint in the gallery also submitted.. but in vain..complaint reference no CGPSC[protected] launched and got a notification saying its resolved.. wherein there was no changes at all. Recently i have shifted my Vodafone mobile to Airtel and end up paying Rs 1000 more in every month . I have an average billing of Rs[protected] and its jumped to Rs.2200. They have disconnected my data connectivity in between and most of the friends complaint that i always not a range . Absolutely worst service by Airtel and ended up in higher monthly payment . Worst customer care service too...

Sir i got a message from u that if i recharge 102 i will get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days after that i checked my offer by pressing *121*1# and its also showz me offer of 102 by which i get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days but sir when i recharge it shows u have 1 gb 3g data but validity shows only for 2 days sir i used first time intetnet plz what is the problem sir plxx solve this and give me back 26 dayss of data plx please sir it is my humble request...

I'm using airtel broadband (no.[protected]). I request them to transfer my connection from sector 22b, Gurgaon to Palam vihar, Gurgaon on 20th Feb.

Till now I'm getting all false commitments from them. Everytime they are saying that it'll be done by 5 or by 7 or by tomorrow and so on...

Also some of there executive didn't register my complain, he told me that he'll register my complain and send...
