Worst customer service

My number is [protected]...my number is not receiving any new messages from today... It is already been a day...no way to contact airtel customer care. ...even one time password is also not received in my sim...I can't do any transactions...for even small complaints do we need visit airtel office every time...without proper customer service how would we contact you......

Such a rude and illmannered customer care executive

Yesterday my 150/- rs were cut due to usage of mobile data though i dont use mobile data. when i called up at airtel's customer care...the executive who attended me was very rude and didnt have any sense to talk to. Overcharging in bill on account of Data Charges after portability request

Regarding MNP

Several times no out going and incoming [only emergency]

Very low speed connection - 4G

No activation on my new sim of my old number

I am the user of airtel no. [protected].. but this was not on mt identity, i wanted this on my ID. I received new sim from airtel store aashiyana lucknow on 7th august 2015, they charged 176 rs for that. My old sim's registration failed just after 2 days of application but my new sim is not activated yet. Store manager is saying that they haven't received any revert of mail yet..that number is very important for me..plz resolve it My alternate...

3G offer

After Portable outstanding charge is more

I have port my number form Airtel to Vodafone on 12 July 2015. In airtel my plan was 999, after including tax it might be 1122. My mobile bill cycle was 2nd of every month. Fraudulent Deduction

Sim card not actiavted

4g speed and data usage - cheating all customers

Airtel 4G claims to be a high speed internet but in reality after 3-4 months o[censored]sage the speed drastically falls may be they are allocating more connection in a given bandwidth which is permissible. The billing mechanism should involve both data usage and speed.

For registering complaint they are charging the call @50 Ps./minute and then make the customer wait for at least 10 minutes which means 5rs/call/user and the internet...

No network

SMS service not activated

I have changed sim to nano on 4th August, it was informed that after 48 hrs sms service will be activated but till now it has not been.I have tried complaining about the same at your customer care centre at 121 and also visited your service centre they have assured that service will be activated in within 24hrs.
