Frequent Call Drop

Sir, Again airtel did it's swindling. I use airtel 3g in my no., [protected]. Recently I recharged top up of rs., 255 to use 1gb 3g for 28. Poor internet service

I am Dr Vijaya Wakodkar w/o Dr T. D. Wakodkar we are using three Airtell connections exclusively for internet use but sorry to say we are not happy with the service you provide us, reason being that the service is very poor and no body there to lesion and rectify the problem .

Prepaid number deactivated

My Airtel prepaid number [protected] has been deactivated with no valid reason. As per airtel policy, the number will be deactivated, only if there is no usage for more that 90 days. But my prepaid number was deactivated even before 40 days of no usage. I have made outgoing call to "+[protected]" on 3rd week of June from my prepaid number and the total usage was around Rs.100. Recharge related

I have made a recharge of 243 on my number [protected] with txn i.d. 300426 as it was showing me 1gb 3g data on airtel app in my handset. But afterwards I got a message that I have 200mb 3g data for 7 days only. Then Customer care is telling me that your money can not be refunded, this offer is not valid for you. It means they are fooling us with airtel app. Please refund my money after deducting 200mb data cost....

Money Not credited and, account name is not my name

Inflated bill without any alert message

Please treat this email as formal complaint for the Relationship Number - [protected] vide Bill #[protected]. This is the second occurrence of a inflated bill in last three months. I have a postpaid plan with 1000 MB quota of 3G per month, and according to the bill I consumed 1300 MB of data. Due to the excess usage of 300 MB of data I have received 4X times the normal bill. Wrong deduction

Roaming barring kept off

Really a bad service of airtel...m not satisfied with your billing status...according to ur unbilled my bill woluld be around 330 but airtel have generated 480...its not our fault that your upgradation is not gping on time...we managed our services accordingvto our unbilled details...u r looting the customers...no good response from ur customer care...i vl definitelt go to consumser id for this...u all have made a joke out of all this......
