Very frequently airtel has been deducting my balance on several episodes. On asking they say its because of my 3g internet pack. When i claimed that my 3g airtel pack is still active and enough mega byte of data left they say in defense my data usage is too high then i have in my account. Have visited to airtel shoppe to upgrade my 3G sim to 4G sim. The concerned person gave me a 4G sim and asked me to SMS SIM to 121.
