Balance deduction due to unknown service

3G services in Muzaffarpur

To begin with, I have to say Airtel's 3G service is of a low standard, at least in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Airtel - Did PORT my number, chasing from a month

Hello, Around a month pack I went to Airtel Store located on Dairy Circle, Bangalore (Near Forum Mall Back). Unreliable customer service

Deduction of balance

Very frequently airtel has been deducting my balance on several episodes. On asking they say its because of my 3g internet pack. When i claimed that my 3g airtel pack is still active and enough mega byte of data left they say in defense my data usage is too high then i have in my account. Airtel mishandling my Documents for MNP of my number.
