HD+ connection package with wrong information on site

Dear Sir, I have bought HD+ Value Prime 12HD Plus package on 17-Jun-15. In the list given on the site, “star sports 3”, "Hungama" is listed and I bought package based on that. Now from last 2 days I am calling at 121 and getting response that star sports 3 is not in my package. I have never been cheated like this at least from Airtel. Even I don’t know and can’t check all 136 channels which are promised and not being transmitted...

unable to use 3g data pack

haven't got the data as specified in data package

i've bought data plan of 955 on dated 13 june 15, using airtel my app which mentioned i was suppose to get 6 gb and i recieved only 4 gb, i've talked on 198 helpline but of no avail, they've raised a complaint and even after a week they keep saying you'll get 4 gb only. excess bill

Sir ... I got bill more than used internet data .. I frequently checked my usage data by sending request to customer care they sent not more than 1gb which is my monthly limit every time .. then I happily used data .. but yesterday I got bill which is showing excess amount .. . Cheaterssss , debited money for all offers and nothing has been given till now

I recharged for watspp 200mb yesterday and my talk time got debited by 150 rs yesterday. tried my best to connect to airtel customer care yesterday couldnt connect to executive.Today again the same thing then what is the point in charging for the same, on the top of that i recharged for ISD offers it was also not availed because of that i again lost 238 rs today. i guess they know only how to debit money from customers not to credit it back....

Wrong bill & wrong data usage by AIRTEL. Just cheating people...

I have a number with airtel corporate plan & 1 GB data usage plan. My billing cycle is 5th to 4th of next month. I was in roaming from 5th to 15th june 2015 where I have no network to use internet. Back to Delhi on 16th June where I used 294 MB data only and which is showing OK in my mobile data usage. Suddenly I got message from airtel that 'you have consumed all your data' . Balance dedution

I'm using airtel prepaid. I did a recharge for 3g 103rs and I got a 3g data of 300mb. When I use the internet from the data which I had, same time airtel is deducting from my main balance and making the amount zero. Getting heavily charged for data services but not getting service
