I raghugan sharma my phone no. [protected]. I am customer of bharti airtel from rajasthan circle. Yesterday (07. 06. 2015) they deducted my 32 rupees. When i asked them for reason they told me that this was your data charge while i have 10 mb data left in my account. I i have also told these things to them but they refused to return my money. They cheated me. I have 10 mb data left till now. And they not informed me why they deducted my balance...

On 8 may, 2015 I recharged my regular internet pack of 150 rs from airtel application which includes 500mb of 3g data and 28 days validity. The application as of 8may, 2015 says the validity of internet package to be 28 days and benefit that I should get is 500mb of 3g data . But when I successfully completed the transaction, Airtel told me that my validity was 14 days only and I got only 450 mb of 3g data. Upon inquiry with customer care...
