poor service by staff

I was offered to change my prepaid mobile no to post paid. Impression marketing rep collected my documents and money as security deposit on 14 Apr 2014. There after no information given to me.I called several time and they refuse to talk and disconnected my call. when i called in other mobile no several time the reps told feedback will be given but still now no information given to me that why the no has not activated....

regarding unsatishfactory service

Excess Amount Billed

I was billed excessively from Dec 2013 saying that my data usage was high. I had subscribed for 1GB 3G data pack and was using for quite a long time. When made a complaint in [protected]@airtel.in got reply saying that I activated the 3G pack just for a month and deactivated after a month's time which wasn't true. I was using this pack and that shows in all my previous months bills also. So get the bill deduction for Jan, Feb and Mar 2014 months....
