Misleading and fraudulent information before selling 4G connection

about recharge transaction

respected sir i recharged my airtel number using airtel money on 20 5 14 morn...i recharged for 101 3g pack 14 days pack but it is not activated on my number but the amount is debited from airtel money..i spoke to customer care morethan 10 times but the didn't give any response...to me...so pls take necessary action to my num to activate the pack otherwise pls credit the amount to my airtel money num...

Someone is making false call on behalf on airtel

RECIVING SMS EVEN AFTER DND ACTIVATION

my No is fully DND activated but still i am reciving more than 10 sms per day from a number called DT-INFORM. having a FADU CALL (STOCK MARKET TIP). There is no contact detail of this company so i cannot unsubscribe to these sms. This no cannot be added to spam list also....

Balance deduction from prepaid GSM sim

Plan changed without prior information

I have airtel postpaid number. My bill plan is "airtel 249 postpaid plan_2014 - mh bill plan". According to this plan i used to get 1000min free for local call. The bill generated for 6th May has given me 500min free. If the plan has changed its airtel duty to inform previous customers. I did not receive any message or mail from airtel that plan is changed. How can you change your plans suddenly? Really disappointed with this. Its headache...

Deliberate irregular cost deductions from Prepaid Mobile a/c
