Poor internet speed of Airtel

I’m an Airtel prepaid 3G mobile Internet user. I was recharged with Rs 655 Plan and was enjoying a proper 3G speed but after My 3G plan (3GB data ended) suddenly it slowed down to below 0- 2 kbps. I’m using Rs 655 data plan, got 3 GB 3G data and After I should get at the speed of 80kbps (unlimited). I used 3GB data at good speed. I changed from Airtel prepaid to postpaid in November 2012 by paying a security deposit of 500 Rupees. Harassment by recovery agents

I hv been getting calls by some people posing as lawyers from the number and they say they are from Airtel.
I have settled the bill amount but they still keep calling me asking for payment of the bills originated after I disconnected the number.

intentionally cheating in the bill

I have Airtel numbers [protected] and [protected]. I opted for activating a service pack of rs75 to make incoming call free in dec 2013. Then on 10th feb 2014 I requested to stop it. I got confirmation on same day that service has been stopped. But airtel is still charging Rs 75 in both my bills fraudulently. I tried to put complaints on their site bit it is not accepting any complaints. Please help me. Should I go to consumer court for this...
