Since last 3 years I have been using airtel broadband. But since the day of installation they have been charging extra amount (for dsl usage charges) that i have never used. Despite to repeated request ( around 50 times in last three years it has not been deactivated. I was promised a high bandwidth internet connection with Airtel 4G LTE. they said that the tower is right opposite my home .
