discrepancy in bill

Hello I was a airtel broadband user having landline number [protected]. I have regularly paid the bill amount but in the month of february my bill status was not updated and i had to pay 1500 extra. DTH installation delayed forever

We are using Airtel DTH for 3-4 years and keep updating the instrument with time. This time we made a request for replacement on 6-Aug-2013 and paid 750/- instantly and 125/- for installation too. Now we are following with them multiple times everyday to get the device. They haven't given a single positive reply. It looks like Bharati Airtel is cheating and cashing on its good reputation. Online transaction failed. Money deducted and never credited back !!

I recharged for 28 (Airtel 3g pack) in airtel website on 16th of Aug. It failed and money was deducted. When i called customer care they said it will be credited back to the account in 4 days.
I thought the problem was temporary and i recharged for 28 again on 19th of august. It failed again. I thought the issue was only with 28 pack and since i was very much out of balance, I recharged for full talktime 200 and it still failed.br...

Online Recharge does not work !

I recharged online for activating 3G on my phone on 16th Aug 2013. The amount got deducted and Transaction failed.
I was informed that i will get my refund in 4 days.
I thought there was some technical issues at that time so i tried recharging for 28 on 19th Aug, but it still failed deducting money from my account.
Ok i still thought that recharging for 28 was the problem and i tried recharging for 200 full talktime....

I requested disconnection and termination of my Airtel Postpaid connection, [protected], on March 10th, 2013 (nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; [protected]@in.airtel.com; appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com). I still have not received the refund of my security deposit despite several requests. All I get are excuses and the same template emails from who does not know what to do or is unwilling to sort the problem out.
