REGARDING PREPAID 3G DATA WRONG RECHARGE

Miscalculation in unbilled DSL Usage

Cheating and no response for complaints

After 4 months of follow up my concern has still not been resolved by Airtel. There is no response from the regular number and also from the escalation team. They seem to be happy opening new tickets and closing them to show their good resolution rate. Frequent Disconnection
