I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection transfer from Bangalore to Hyderbad on April 1, 2012.
They told they will transfer it asap. But Even after two, three weeks, nobody called me regarding this. They did not
inform anything through mail also.

Now they are claiming they disconnected the connection in July and they are...

I would like to bring it to your notice that yet now my sim is not working;
And i got a call from your executive that your sim has been rejected now that sim could not be activated, and he told me to better buy another sim. If this is the quality of service that you people provide why should i buy airtel there are many more operators.
I request other peoples also please don't use airtel as mobile...

I am getting nonsense calls from two number one of airtel company i.e [protected] of Maharshtra ,Goa origin. Please take necessary action against these....

My mobile number is [protected] and i loaded a cash balance of RS.100 in my airtel money account but i did not get the amount credited in my account and i am not able to use the service.After contacting AIRTEL relationship center and CUSTOMER CARE, they are giving me misleading and irrelevant information about the matter and are refusing to look after the matter and take any action.It has been almost 15 days i did the recharge....

My SIM card issued number [protected] in 2009 by Airtel, is in my possession. As I am out of country most of time, and now about to travel in next 7 days back to India to make sure before charging I called to find someone answering on my said number.

I need to have my no. back as it was issued to me and I have documentary and physical evidence.

Please help me.

I had a Airtel landline phone no. [protected]. Around December 2011 i have decided to no longer use Airtel services and disconnected my no. as I needed to move to another place. The customer care representative have agreed to shift the landline to my new adress. I continuously followed up with the Customer Service representative and after more than a month they informed that they cannot shift the line as they dont privide service in the area...

Even after calling to customer care 'n' times, my problem has not been resolved yet. I requested to deactivate my aarti live on 11th september 2012, my call forwarded to mr. Anas ahmed bearing reference no:[protected]. As per the request mr. Ahmed told me that your aarti live service has been deactivated which I never wished to activate. On 8th Oct 2012, I was able to see 10% cash back offer on
1. Airtel's official website - http://www.airtel.in/digitaltv
2. On TV at "Recharge Info" channels.
3. Received Call from Airtel Automatic Voice call service - Saying as your account...

Aware of airtel money,

1. One you recharged to unknown number by mistake, you can’t revert back.
2. You can’t verify the recharged mobile number once it done.
3. All offers are limited to 100Rs only....

even after submitting the required documents and processing fee one month ago, Till date I have not got the broadband connection, continuously doing follow up with mr vinit ([protected]) and mr rakesh ([protected])
This is really a VERY BAD experience of dealing with airtel people, who are least bothered about the customer.

i 'm a airtel customer ([protected]),i use gprs services for browsing purpose which comes in varius packages.
if an airtel cusmer wants to activate gprs he dials *567# and choses a favourable package for internet browsing.after confirmation of the particular package the amount will be deducted and amount of data available (in MB) will be notified via sms from the customer care.for example if i chose rs 25 for 200 mb with a validity...

Airtel changed plan without intimation.
My Plan was UPE -250 Speed DSL Plan and without my intimation was changed to 'Airtel - Special DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec UL (2 Mbps/256 Kbps) Plan'.
When i go the knowledge of this called up customer care and was told that we are reverting back as its not into effect.
That month(june) was fine but later it wad changed to 'UPE -699 Special 699 DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec...
