I had submitted a form for a new broadband connection 2 months ago and took AirTel almost two months to install connection on my premises which turned to be a faulty connection (another part of the pathetic service). But, this is not it, they're still unable to fix this issue. It has seven since I'm registering complaints but, no one is caring to take a visit. br...

I had taken airtel digital tv connection around 2.5 years back. I had subscribed 'Ultra package' for a year first and then again recharged Rs.4565/- in February 2011 for another year and with this airtel offered me free subscription for another 2 months. I Paid total of Rs. 4565/- in advance.
Now my complaint is this if i subscribed a package for a year and paid advance rent then every update/modification of package like...

I have my service provider as Airtel. I have taken a Postpaid SIM .Due to some unexpected problems i have not paid the mobile bill for a month.
The Airtel service providers traced the call to whom i was calling(Then service provider call to one of my friend saying that i have given his reference number to contact and asking him to pay the bill.).They called to somepeople who are not known to me also.

How far it is...

i had purchased a new Aiertel HD DTH connection online on 15 Oct 11 WITH a 12 month south ultra package for around six thousand rupees. hi to all,
i m brij just ported my no. from docomo to airtel gsm.

problems:-

1. i never ever got the plan what i was promised.
2. sim card was faulty consumed lot of battery.
3. while porting officially they told to suppose 3 hrs of no. service but eventually it was 2.5 dys(60) hrs.
4. documents submitted they told to again submit i did but outgoing calls r barred till now.

This is regard to my mobile no portability from Airtel to Tata-Docomo, the requested dossier's was been submitted as on 11.04.2011 to the customer care out let Tata-Docomo, Whereas the same got rejected on 16th of April.2011, reason for the rejection was legal reasons sent by airtel customer care through SMS, But i dont see any reason why the request was been rejected, despite not satisfied to continue with airtel...

I am Dibeesh.cp my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs.94 0f 150 data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 7mbps but i am getting only 5to10kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet...

i had switched over to a new plan 3 months back and airtel officials had come to my place for changing the plan. i had sent a request for cancellation of my previous plan 3months back at the airtel office,platinum plaza ,bhopal and they had assured that my previous plan would get cancelled within some days but i am still receiving bills for my previous plan uptill now and another bill according to the current plan so i am getting 2 bills...

We have terminated Airtel post-paid connection bearing no. [protected] on 6th June 2011 subsequently i have made several calls to your call centre, nodal officer and Appellate Authority still i haven't received any refund even after 140days and don't know how much refund we are going to receive.

as we are a corporate customer your instrument before when installed on 25-9-11 was beetel after a day nisar from airtel came and changed the instrument to binatone.we want the beetel instrument it self.please just check into the matter at the earliest and the solve the problem

This is the second time when I am complaining about the services of Airtel pre-paid services. I am using the services of Airtel Since 2007 but never before I have faced it in Gujarat. Now, I am residing in Hyderabad for the last 1 year and during this 1 year, this problem is magnifying like anything. Balance from my Prepaid account is being deducted erroneously regularly. Currently I am a customer of Bharti Airtel and seen couple of time that some of the "Airtel Pack" like "Airtel Gyan" has been activated against my mobile number and deducting money. Upon contact to the customer care executive, the person refund that money as that was deducted and de-activated that service.


But upon check that service was not stopped and the same amount being deducted accordingly....
