I have been submitted requested for mobile number portability alongwith proper documents since two weak but after having so much communications with airtel, finally they told me that call reduction facility is activated on my mobile. Therefore it is not possible for us to port you out. They are not deactivating this facility through customer care and IVR SMSs. This is my fourth attempt of portability. I had a BSNL mobile post paid connection. suddenly i got a phone call from some airtel agent that they are offering 10% discount if i come to airtel through MNP. since i was not happy with BSNL service i decided to change to airtel. i submitted all papers to them. But suddenly on 13th oct 2011 (approx after 15 days) i found all my outgoing is suspended. I contacted 121, they told they can not do anything and to contact that airtel agent....

sir i had lost my mobile on the way journey on 3 oct 2011 morning. so for that i had lodge complaint to customer care at 11.15 am to lock the
sim and they assured me to lock the sim within an hour of no outgoing and incoming at that time i had 200+ balance. because of good network and urgency in my job i had decided to continued with same no by purchasing duplicate sim at your customer outlet....

Airtel Customer Care Centre, Race course, Baroda not giving acknowledgement of my application duly signed by Airtel Customer Care Persons.
Not having any written/printed Board in Office of Airtel controller's office and phone no....

I have taken an Airtel SIM having the No.[protected]. I have been using the SIM more than a year. The validity period expired on 15.10.2011. While I made attempt to revalidate the SIM with charging fees of Rs.47/- through local dealers it is not being activated. Dealers enquiry to Customer Service and my enquiry through 198 has not evoked any response. The customer care office seems to be headed by irresponsible persons....

First when i contacted your team they informed to submit the document and it will be activated within 48 Hrs.br...

I want to convert in prepaid from my post paid No.- [protected]. but no responce from your airtel store . they says if you want convert in prepaid this number that is impossible. you can PORT other company after pay our dues but we cant prepaid because according our company rules we cant prepaid this number before 6 months using by you.

People from Airtel Legal Department call on my number and ask to make the payment for a number, which I have no concern with. i am not an airtel customer. Inspite of repeated conversations saying that I am not or I have not used that number i have no concern with that person, the ladies from the said department talk very rudely and ask me why am I not paying that, you have to reminder that person for pay the bill. see one thing i am not working...

In month of June, I requested airtel to installed Wi Fi instead of basic Modem ( installed since inception in 2005). on 19th June, Wi Fi was installed by paying Rs. 1499/- vide inv no 21354 , dated 19/06/11 as communicated to me. on 2nd of Aug ' i lodged complain vide ref no 1698422 since Wi Fi was not responding, on 3rd of Aug. enginner came and recommended to replace the Wi Fi. My Airtel prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. I am being charged for incoming calls even though I'm not on roaming @50p/min. Customer care is talking gibberish, saying new things every time I call. First he says that I have dual sim, the next time he says that my Airtel Live is activated and then that Hungama offer is activated; all of which is absolutely nonsense. I would like to request you kindly to look into the matter...

I have been subscribed to few of the Share market tips providers. I am not recieving any messages from couple of weeks and upon checkin it is found DND automatically activated on my no [protected]. On 19/09/2011, I sent SMS "STOP DND" to 1909 and got a request confirmation SMS. But still the problem persists. Again on 10/10/2011 I sent a SMS "STOP 0" , but no results. I would like to get the SMS services continued. Pls...

We had received a sms stating "Dear Customer, the validity of your digital tv ID: [protected] will expire in next 15 days. Please recharge before 29th oct with RC 310 and get Rs 15 bonus!" and we received similar messages before previous months too... and same way we also recharging with 310 to get 15 Rs bonus as per they stating to use the offer.

The complaint is about airtel dth are not crediting the 15 Rs bonus...
