No services & bad customer care

Unauthorised cut of pre paid charge

Full Song download not working

Hi,
I have tried to download 2 songs through airtel live.
one song download 87% and saying download fails, where in 2nd song it is saying Authorization failed. please contact your service provider.

Though i got 2 sms of charing Rs 20 for each song download....

i have been recieving msgs from a number on my both thecell phones simultaneously which seem to be coming from a person using airtel friendz chat. please block this sender or let me know how to block this person so that i would stop receiving msgs from him.

Changing to the higher rental plan without intemation the coustemer

I Abhilash Pothen a coustemer of Airtel broadband of Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal ) dist.. using the land line form 8 years my Land line no is [protected] and my Account No is 11733824
and having the rental plan of (449 + service tax.) that bring my bill to 495 monthley... but from few month they have change my rental to (549 SURF plan ) without intimating...

Airtel is sucking Customers

Dear All Customers,

Airtel is by default enabling its chargeble Value added services like WAP, Airtel Live, Downloadings as default features and violating TRAI Rules.

As per TRAI guidelines, "No Value added service should be enabled to a customer until his explicit consent". You may download the same from TRAI website.
