I am facing biggest problems with Airtel to change my Bill Plan from an Individual 299 Talk Home Indian plan to a CUG 199 coporate plan. I sent all the documents Airtel is demanding to submit for a Bill plan change, still they are not changing my bill plan. Every time Customer care representatives are dodging me with stupid reasons.

They asked to pay total outstanding dues + unbilled amount, I paid it and called the customer...

I Pravat chandra Mallick service holder of airtel postpaid mobile service. From Two months ago some body has been stolen my mobile at the time of journey by train.
