wrong recharge

Hi, i am rahul saini recently i have done a recharge transaction on mobikwik. But due to the user interface, i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same incorrect mobile no.
I have already messaged the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

Now please do the same on an urgent basis…. Details are as below….

bad network and negligence of service provider

amount deducted but recharge or refund not done yet

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 558 on 24th april 2020 and bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account and the amount did not refund yet.

emergency - sim not working - 9790855855

Team,

Airtel postpaid number - [protected]

Since yesterday morning, there is no network tower showing on the sim card due to which incoming calls
And sms are not coming. Have also tried switching off the phone and removing and reinserting the sim card
Again but problem still continues.

Please fix the issue urgently.

This is to inform that an amount of rs.15099.28 in the month of jan 27, 2020 towards international roaming charges. I have not authorised this payment and not activated any international facility. I have written and also spoke to the customer care service of airtel many times for refund. First they have mentioned that they can refund some thing around 5000/- verbally during my telephonic conversation later when i asked for the confirmation...

slow uploading speed

This has been a very big issue.Though the downloading speed of airtel is fine still the uploading speed is 0.3mbps at the most. In such a situation its seems to be impossible to upload important documents, photos, videos etc...The gaming experience also being worst due to slow uploading speed...kindly fix this issue as fast as possible....

deactivation of rs200 booster plan on my postpaid no 8527287050

Dear team,

After my monthly data limit consumption, i have activated the booster pack of rs 200 for one month. Now that month passed and i want to deactive the booster pack but i am unable to deactive the rs 200 booster plan from my current plan of rs 399 from my postpaid number [protected].
Kindly deactive the booster plan on urgent basis.
Also i have upgraded the my plan to rs 499 monthly pack from my rs 399...

I recharged ₹48 pack two times on 29/04/2020. Both the times the transaction was successful but the number was not recharged. I received the message providing the transaction id number. Till now i did not get the money back nor my phone recharged. I received the message stating that the transaction was successful but the recharge failed in the app....

no service showing on airtel sim

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar, East Delhi. My airtel sim is showing no service since last two weeks...can't make or receive calls...msgs..anything...no help from customer care.. Really pathetic...Airtel guys...pls look into this...many others in other places too are facing the same issue......

airtel data cheating

I am airtel postpaid customer around 10+ years. Now airtel taken advantage of covid 19 and started misusing and started new way of fraud or cheating the customers. My mobile data balance was there around 100+ gb before 2 months and it was keep on forwarding every month. Last month i found only 3 gb has been carry forwarded. So i tried reaching customer care. airtel scamming its customer this lockdown

So its been 16 days since my account got debited for a recharge which never happened. Airtel is scamming this lockdown. I did a recharge of 398₹ on 15 april on my airtel number [protected]. I called the earlier to which they said refund will take 7-10 days but today i called and suddenly they have no record of that recharge. Well done airtel that is what we expect you during this epidemic lockdown. I don't know what to do....

requesting refund as money deducted but recharge not done

I did a recharge of rs 598 on 26th april 2020 at 2:21 a.m.
The money was deducted from account but then i got a payment failed message with txn id[protected].
Its been more than 5 days but i still haven't got my refund so i request airtel to please refund my money as soon as possible....
