I am using airtel for more than 2 years all my family and friends are also using airtel. I couldnt log in into gpay because for the flash message. On this account i called you customer care the response was very poor. I selected my language preference as english it goes to hindi.in tamil they doesn't know what to do. Iam so irritated by this and it was total waste of time. If don't resolve this issue sorry iam going to port my number to jio....

Everyday @9am am getting message from airtel saying i have consumed my 90% data even though my usage is less than 25% (Even usage confirmed by airtel constome care) so am not able to use the internet. I have raised several complaints but no1 has responded. Each time they are saying they can't do anything i feedup with this.

Airtel is just looting costumers, their network is so bad in bangalore.

I am a customer of airtel broadband and landline. A few days back i received a call on my landline supposedly from airtel broadband office. The representative had information about me and my current broadband plan.

He recommended me some new plans which seemed better value for money. However since i was nearing my end of billing cycle, i suggested the representative to wait for cycle to get over and then call me back a day...

After recharging my number i am facing very uncommon problem in internet access. I am trying to download any file, it is redirect to http://one.airtel.in/rcconf automatically everytime. I checked apn and other setting as suggested on various forums available on google. Unfortunately problem remain same.

On 28 sep.2019. I done recharge of DTH on 3:25 but on 6:17 the customer care executive lady call me and told to done the recharge of my DTH.Then i told her that i done the recharge but she replied that you are telling lie.what this means.she has the right to talk with me like that and she calling again and again.Then i am busy so now i decided to done the complaint about that lady.

For every incoming and outgoing calls we need to come out from home to the main road as it is very panic for us. I taken a device plan from airtel in that network issue in my working area i foreclosure my device emi also and in airtel app the plan is changed from 2499 plan to 499 plan. So i plan to switch over from airtel to another network portability. After i submit the documents and all to the another network, airtel said still your plan didn’t change. This is to raise a complaint that recharge amount of rs.129 for [protected] was done on 28th sep 2019. But the recharge status is shown as pending and amount is debited from the account. Please check and get back the transaction as soon as possible.

In this morning my account was suspended due to low balance, at that time i recharge rs 200/- but services didn't resume i try to contact customer care but very unfortunately they do not pickup or response my call. He say my sim card block due to kyc, so i give may govt regt. Document aadhhar and pan card.
But he say we cannot start your no. Please convert its first in postpaid then its will start my number.

Yesterday i received message for confirmation of port to airtel as per that information my old sim lost network and new sim is not activated after 13 hrs it's my only one number which i use help me please it's really urgent to get my number active. Im getting emergency calls only for my new ported sim. I tried contacting costumer care but they saying me to wait and not giving any details on time required for my sim card to be activated....

I have tried to top up recharge my airtel mobile with rs. 399 on 25 sep 2019 through sbi internet banking (Transaction reference no. Ihl2660470). However rs. 399 was debited from my account, but recharge not done. Thereafter, again i tried to recharge with same amount which was successful.
