I reside in mumbra and i am facing network issue from last two days
I am not able to make calls, receive calls and use my internet, and this is not the first time i am facing the issue. I have three more connections and facing the same issue. I have earlier also raised a compliant for the same and also posted the issue on social networking sites, and if the internet is working it is very slow in speed and not as per the promise made...

Sir i had done recharge through my airtel app on 17/12/18. First i recharged 199 rs recharge not done at that time due to network problem. After some time again i done 448 to my mobile number [protected]. First i received 448. After 30 minits 199 recharge also completed. Finally i have 2 plans at a time. I want to cancel 199 recharge and credit to my account.
Plz resolve the problem as soon as possible...

Sir i have purchased a new sim on 12/12/18 and till now m not getting tower on my phone and on calling 59059 its automatically disconnected. The mobile gaming services activation just popped out of no where consuming inr49 per every 7 days. The consumer own the right to activate what they want. So don't just activate and deactivate as u like if it consumes money from consumer. Please value the amount of money people put it for contacting dear ones. Not everyone will be able to afford it....

I got the below message from airtel. That my outgoing services has been stopped.

But when i bought the sim they told me that lifetime validity but now suddenly they are asking to recharge again. That too i need to recharge unlimited packs (300 rs).

I have not given my consent to deduct any amount from my main balance.
How can your company deduct any amount from any body. Is there any contract at the time of taking new connection? Your company cannot compel to recharge with 23. A customer can recharge with rs 35 also. Your company is playing with the sentiment of old customers. I think this will be a very bad result in future.
