I had recharge on my airtel number [protected] through the my airtel app on07/06/2018 of rs 199. Five times all the five times it shows that the transactions was unsuccessful my transactions i'd's are (*), (*) and three more.
Please airtel team check out the refund process... I want my refund please think that 1000 rs was deducted from my debit card account

Why airtel cheating on me. I called airtel customer care but not get good response from them. They also lie to me that benefits will credited within 1 hour. But it was a lie. What to do now. I am very much disappointed by airtel's cheating on its customers....

I had lodged a complaint for reconnecting my airtel digital tv as my house is going under renovation. Yesterday I have completed the concealing of my wires so I called airtel to send somebody and reconnect the stb. One Bahadur having phone no.[protected] had visited to my place and he reconnected the STB but in the morning again due to some problem I have to disconnect the STB after shifting the TV I have tried to insert the connector to STB...

Very poor network.
Only one bar showing for LTE.
Often switches to h+ and H. When it switches, I don't get internet at all.
All this is in Vyttila, the Center of kochi city.
Miserably poor.

I badly need internet for very important reasons and you have let your customer down-totally unreliable. All your advertisements are ###.

While discussing the airtel post paid 799 family plan the sales guy had mentioned it’s a 60 gb data every month and the left out data will be carry forwarded unconditionally. I got accumulated till 351 gb and all of a sudden a 100 gb data is vanished and now it’s only 260 gb left. I am a airtel 4g user and since few days the network had gone so bad that it can't even load a simple watsapp image. The problem had also seemed earlier. I have made a payment against my post paid number [protected] today (I. E the 7th of june, 2018 for a sum of rs 710 whereas my outstanding bill till date is rs.707 only, through my sbi personal mobile banking service.
The balance has been deducted from my account yet my service has not been yet resumed.
I request you therefore to look into this matter seriously as my outgoing services are barred.

I have requested airtel customer care to discontinue my dth connection on 10.11.2017. I had already paid for the entire 1 year subscription. They told me that hd box would be collected by their staff and i will get proportionate refund. Since that time i have called the customer care no. Of times. We had airtel broad band and airtel telephone land line. Due to improper speed and ours being a customer service outlet, our business got affected daily. Hence we opted for another network.
In this circumstances, we informed nearby airtel office and we remitted the april bill and they ensured us that everything would be disconnected, not only the broad band but also the land line.

My brother accidentally dropped phone and his phone screen broke. Answer from airtel secure team was this is “Negligence”. I am going crazy thinking how come dropping phone is not an accident? I was changed my airtel sim into 4g sim, for that airtel delear charged 100rs from me, actual price for non 4g cities 25, if 4g city, there is no cost for 4g sim. It is not first time, before also have bad experience, when i am updated aadhar they are taken 50rs for that.
